Marrying underaged girl is prohibited in the Qur’an

Marrying underaged girl is prohibited in the Qur’an but this was manipulated by fabricating the following hadith by unscrupulous scholars.

Sahih al-Bukhari 5134
Narrated `Aisha: that the Prophet (ﷺ) married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old. Hisham said: I have been informed that `Aisha remained with the Prophet (ﷺ) for nine years (i.e. till his death).

Only kafirs believed in the fake hadith written by Persian slanderers which says the Prophet is a pedophile who married a six year old girl and the girl exposed to the world she had sex with him only when she was nine!

The Prophet A.S in the Quran teaches there is prohibition in marrying underaged girls. The command by Allah is to marry matured women.

S4:3 And if ye fear that ye will not deal fairly by the orphans, MARRY OF THE WOMEN (annisa’a), who seem good to you, two or three or four; and if ye fear that ye cannot do justice then one (only) or the captives that your right hands possess. Thus it is more likely that ye will not do injustice.

In the above verse the women or “annisa’a” in Arabic only mean matured women. Muslims were commanded to marry women and not underaged girls.

There is also the maturity criteria and the marriage test in the Quran to ensure that they are matured enough to be married and various other qualifications being imposed –

S4:6 Make trial of orphans until they reach the age of marriage; if then ye find sound judgment in them, release their property to them…..

The above verse make it obligatory marriagable candidates must be matured and able to manage her own household to pass the age of marriage trial.

In addition, marriagable candidates should not be underaged girls of six year old as they would not understand the marriage agreement they are to sign infront of two witnesses as required by the marriage agreement.

S4:21 How can you take it back when you have had intimate relations and made a solemn agreement with each other?

In the Quran it is stated that all the wives of the Prophet A.S were matured women as confirmed by the Arabic word “nisa’a”.

S33:30 – O Consorts (nisa’a) of the Prophet! If any of you were guilty of evident unseemly conduct, the punishment would be doubled to her, and that is easy for Allah.

However, on divorce cases there are Satanic exegesis by unscrupulous scholars that divorcees are to include underaged girls –

S65:4 And those who no longer expect menstruation among your women if you doubt, then their period is three months, and [also for] those who have not menstruated. And for those who are pregnant, their term is until they give birth. And whoever fears Allah, He will make for him of his matter ease.

Those who were divorced who have no period in the above verse are not little girls they were forbidden to be married in the first place, but must be matured women with examples of irregular periods include periods that occur fewer than 21 days or more than 35 days apart, missing three or more periods in row, and menstrual flow that’s much heavier or lighter than usual.

The other situation is where the women’s periods have stopped completely. The absence of a period for 90 days or more is considered abnormal unless they are pregnant, breastfeeding or going through menopause (which generally occurs between ages 45 and 55). If they have not started menstruating by age 15 or 16 or within three years of their breasts developing, they may also have amenorrhea. These are the matured women that is being divorced not pubescent girls!

This is what will result, when the interpretaton of underaged girls are included at S65:4 by the criminals, then the worst absurdity will happen they can even include not only eleven year old but also a two year old girls that have no periods to be divorced!!!

THE TRUTH

S3:60 The truth is from your Lord, so do not be among the doubters.

The Prophet A.S never marry any underaged girl as he will never deviate from any of Allah’s command at any circumstances as he is a man who fear Allah’s punishment.

S10:15 And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, those who do not expect the meeting with Us say, “Bring us a Qur’an other than this or change it.” Say, [O Muhammad], “It is not for me to change it on my own accord. I only follow what is revealed to me. Indeed I fear, if I should disobey my Lord, the punishment of a tremendous Day.”

S10:82 And Allah will establish the truth by His words, even if the criminals dislike it.”
