Can a Muslim marry his own bastard daughter?

With modern scientific DNA nobody can deny whether wedlock or out of wedlock, a daughter borne to you is still your own biological daughter and Allah has prohibited for a man to marry his own daughters –

S25:54 It is He Who has created man from water: then has He established relationships of lineage and marriage: for thy Lord has power over all things.

S4:23 Prohibited to you for marriage are:- Your mothers, daughters, sisters; father’s sisters, Mother’s sisters……

Those who claimed that Islam legalize incest saying a man can marry his own out of wedlock daughter was giving a clearcut false fatwa in contradiction to the message of the Quran at the following verses on punishment for the fornicators.

THE QUR’AN CLEARLY SPECIFIES THAT THE ADULTERER CAN ONLY MARRY ADULTERESS OR A POLYTHEIST –

S24:3 The fornicator does not marry except a [female] fornicator or polytheist, and none marries her except a fornicator or a polytheist, and that has been made unlawful to the believers.

It is clear in the Quran the fornicators can only marry polytheists or adulteress but did not mention they can also marry their own out of weblock daughters if their own siblings were believers.

So according to the Qur’an, believers are prohibited to marry fornicators and thus those siblings out of wedlock who are not polytheist or fornicators are also prohibited to marry those fornicators and more serious if it were their own fornicator father!

Thus, in truth incest is never legal universally and in Islam those who followed and obeyed such fatwa that legalized incest are contravening Allah’s guidance from the Quran.

And those who takes guidance and obeyed such scholars who issued such fatwa are classified as putting those scholars as partners to Allah –

S9:31 They have taken their scholars and monks as lords besides Allah, and the Messiah, the son of Mary. And they were not commanded except to worship one God; there is no deity except Him. Exalted is He above whatever they associate with Him.

S3:151 We will throw terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve because they attribute to Allah partners for which He revealed no sanction. Their lodging is the Fire. Miserable is the lodging of the evildoers.
