We prostrate to Allah showing our humility to acknowledge He exists and being Omni Present.
S7:206 Indeed, those who are near your Lord are not prevented by arrogance from His worship, and they exalt Him, and to Him they prostrate.
S41:37 Among His Signs are the Night and the Day, and the Sun and the Moon. Do not prostrate to the sun and the moon, but prostrate to Allah, Who created them, if it is Him ye wish to serve.
S22:77 – O you who have believed, bow and prostrate and worship your Lord and do good that you may succeed.
S24:36-37 In houses which Allah has ordered to be raised and that His name be mentioned therein; exalting Him within them in the morning and the evenings. Men whom neither commerce nor sale distracts from the remembrance of Allah and performance of prayer and giving of zakah. They fear a Day in which the hearts and eyes will [fearfully] turn about.
S9:18 The mosques of Allah are only to be maintained by those who believe in Allah and the Last Day and establish prayer and give zakah and do not fear except Allah, for it is expected that those will be of the [rightly] guided.
S7:205 And remember your Lord within yourself in humility and in fear without being apparent in speech in the mornings and the evenings. And do not be among the heedless.
THOSE WHO PRAY WILL NOT BE IN HELL BY FOLLOWING THE RITUAL EXAMPLES DONE BY THE PROPHETS –
S22:26 Behold! We gave the site, to Abraham, of the House, (saying): “Associate not anything in worship with Me; and sanctify My House for those who compass it round and stand up and bow to prostrate themselves (in humility to Allah).
S4:102 When thou (O Messenger) art with them, and stand to lead them in prayer, Let one party of them stand up (in prayer) with thee, taking their arms with them: When they finish their prostrations, let them take their position in the rear…..
S26:217-219 And rely upon the Exalted in Might, the Merciful, Who sees you when you arise. And your movement among those who prostrate.
S48:29 Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; and those with him are forceful against the disbelievers, merciful among themselves. You see them bowing and prostrating [in humility to Allah], seeking bounty from Allah and His pleasure. Their mark is on their faces from the trace of prostration…
S11:23 Indeed, they who have believed and done righteous deeds and humbled themselves to their Lord those are the companions of Paradise; they will abide eternally therein.
CONSEQUENCE OF BEING ARROGANCE FOR NOT PROSTRATING AND OFFER PRAYER TO ALLAH –
S20:14 Indeed, I am Allah. There is no deity except Me, so worship Me and establish prayer for My remembrance.
S25:60 And when it is said to them, “Prostrate to the Most Merciful,” they say, “And what is the Most Merciful? Should we prostrate to that which you order us?” And it increases them in aversion.
DON’T WAIT UNTIL ALLAH SEND YOU A SIGN –
S26:4 If We will, We can send down upon them a sign from heaven, at which their necks will stay bent in humility.
S74:41-43 And ask of the Sinners: “What led you into Hell Fire?” They will say: “We were not of those who prayed.
