There is only one Qur’an since the Prophet’s time until today with the written script reflecting the original oral narration.
Caliph Uthman was not the first to write the complete book called Uthmanic Quran it is a false claimed. What the Muslims have today is the same Qur’an as it was read during the Prophet’s time.
The Meaning of Al Qur’an is the Reading and the oral reading have been preserved since the Prophet’s time –
S87:6-7 By degrees shall We teach thee to declare the Message, so thou shalt not forget, except as Allah wills: For He knows what is manifest and what is hidden.
S80:11-12 By no means (should it be so)! For it is indeed a Message of instruction: Therefore let whoso will, keep it in remembrance.
S29:49 Rather, the Qur’an is distinct verses preserved within the breasts of those who have been given knowledge. And none reject Our verses except the wrongdoers.
So what have been memorized of the oral Qur’an is being written as of its recitation until today! There is no such thing as hafs or warsh, it was recited in the dialect of the Arab Quraish tribe (Surah 106).
The Qur’an has been a complete book during the Prophet’s time not during Uthman’s time.
In the Qur’an itself proven it is a written Book as a guidance for Muslims to follow –
S2:2 That is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for those conscious of Allah.
S39:23 Allah has revealed the most beautiful Message in the form of a Book, consistent with itself, yet repeating (its teaching in various aspects): the skins of those who fear their Lord tremble thereat….
S6:155 And this is a Book which We have revealed as a blessing: so follow it and be righteous, that ye may receive mercy.
The Quran was completely written down by Muhammad and his companions and Allah Himself supervised the arrangements as it remains today –
S25:5 And they say: “Tales of the ancients, which he has caused to be written: and they are dictated before him morning and evening.”
S75:16-18 Move not thy tongue concerning the Qur’an to make haste therewith. It is for Us to collect it and to promulgate it: But when We have promulgated it, follow thou its recital as promulgated:
80:13-16 It is in Books held greatly in honour, Exalted and purified. Written by the hands of scribes- Honourable and Pious and Just.
The Book is complete and nothing had been omitted.
S6:38 There is not an animal that lives on the earth, nor a being that flies on its wings, but forms part of communities like you. Nothing have we omitted from the Book, and they all shall be gathered to their Lord in the end.
S7:52 And We had certainly brought them a Book which We detailed by knowledge as guidance and mercy to a people who believe.
The writing will follow the oral recitation. Uthman would have only changed the writing style with diacritics but the oral recitation remained intact from the Prophet’s time.
So Uthman was not the first to write or compiled the whole Quran, it was already completed as a book and preserved during the Prophet’s time.
S15:9 We have, without doubt, sent down the Message; and We will assuredly guard it from corruption.
S18:1 Praise be to Allah, Who hath sent to His Servant the Book, and hath allowed therein no Crookedness.
S39:28 A Qur’an in Arabic, without any crookedness therein: in order that they may guard against Evil.
S13:37 Thus have We revealed it to be a judgment of authority in Arabic. Wert thou to follow their vain desires after the knowledge which hath reached thee, then wouldst thou find neither protector nor defender against Allah.
